Research on AC’s ventilation system without motor

摘要: 近年来,市场上新风空调需求逐渐增加,但制造成本较高,限制了其广泛使用。为了降低新风空调成本,提出一种新风空调设计方案,通过对空调结构优化,采用单个电机驱动新风模块和空调风轮,并对新风风轮直径、转速、功率、风量和噪声等开展理论分析及实验测试。结果表明:该方案能够有效降低小风量新风空调成本,新风风量为20 m³/h,对整机全年能源消耗效率(Annual Performance Factor,简称APF)影响较小,具有较大应用前景。

Abstract: In recent years, the demand for AC (Air conditioner) with ventilation system in the market has gradually increased, but the high manufacturing cost has limited its widespread use. In order to reduce the cost of AC with ventilation system, a new design scheme is proposed, in which ventilation system unit share a motor with AC. Theoretical analysis and experiment are conducted on the wheel diameter, revolution, power, air volume and noise of the ventilation system. The results show that the scheme has obvious cost advantage, little effect on Annual Performance Factor (APF), and the air volume of ventilation system is 20 m³/ h, so the scheme is highly potential.
