PTFE自润滑轴套在滚动转子压缩机的应用研究

The application of PTFE self-lubricating sleeve in rolling rotor compressors

摘要: 针对滚动转子压缩机电机铁芯厚度加高、曲轴轴径减小带来的曲轴局部磨损问题,通过摩擦动力学和流体动力学耦合仿真,分析了其对轴系润滑油膜厚度的影响,确定了PTFE自润滑轴套在轴承上的最佳安装位置,仿真分析了PTFE轴套对轴承的承载压力和油膜润滑的改善情况。并进行了性能噪声和耐久实验验证,确定了PTFE轴套对高电机铁芯厚度、小曲轴轴径压缩机轴系润滑改善的有效性和可行性,为解决滚动转子压缩机曲轴磨损问题提供了设计方案和实验依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the local wear problem of crankshaft in higher motor thickness and smaller crankshaft diameter rolling rotor compressors, through coupled simulations of friction dynamics and fluid dynamics, the impact on the lubrication oil film thickness of the shaft system was analyzed. Besides, the optimal mounting position of PTFE bushing on main bearings was determined. The improvement of PTFE bushings on the load pressure and oil film lubrication of main bearings was analyzed. The performance, noise and durability tests were carried out to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of PTFE bushings for the improvement of crankshaft lubrication of high motor thickness and small-diameter compressors, provided design solutions and experimental basis for addressing the problem of crankshaft wear in rolling rotor compressors.
