摘要/Abstract

摘要： 我国智能厨房的普及率逐步提高,目前智能家电多数停留在单品智能阶段,不同智能电器之间兼容性较差,不同品牌产品之间无法进行互联互通。概述了智慧厨房的历史及现状,从技术功能的改进、行业的发展趋势、厨房环境和不同群体用户行为三个方面研究和对比了国内外智慧厨房的相关研究进展,分析了智慧厨房控制入口多样、高端智能产品套系化和散点式单品智能化的特征,从用户体验升级、设计美化和成套化、生态化发展、数据安全性几个方面展望了智慧厨房的发展趋势。

Abstract: The popularity of smart kitchens in our country is gradually increasing. Currently, most smart appliances are still in the stage of single product intelligence, and the compatibility between different smart appliances is poor, and different brand products cannot be interconnected. This article provides an overview of the history and current situation of smart kitchens, and studies and compares the relevant research progress of smart kitchens at home and abroad from three aspects: technological function improvement, industry development trends, kitchen environment, and user behavior of different groups. It analyzes the characteristics of diverse control entrances, high-end intelligent product systems, and scattered single product intelligence in smart kitchens, including user experience upgrading, design beautification and integration, and ecological development The development trend of smart kitchens is discussed in terms of data security.
