家用新风空调夏季新风节能运行的计算分析

Calculation and analysis of fresh air energy-saving operation of household air conditioner with fresh air function in summer

摘要: 新风功能在将室外新鲜空气输送至室内的同时,也参与调节室内的温湿度。新风冷负荷的控制方式,既要考虑温度条件,也要充分考虑湿度因素。通过理论推导,结合文献资料,找到了由温度、湿度来近似计算含湿量、比焓、新风冷负荷及显热、潜热的计算式。创新地以焓湿图中的等温线、等湿线、等焓线为划分依据,以夏季室内某个空气状态可能存在的6个室外空气相对工况条件为例,进行了新风冷负荷的举例演算,进而推测新风对室内空气温度、湿度、焓值的影响,使得采样温度、湿度进行新风节能运行的自动化控制成为可能。

Abstract: The fresh air function not only conveys outdoor fresh air into the indoor, but also participates in regulating the indoor temperature and humidity. The control mode of fresh air load should consider not only the temperature condition, but also the influence of humidity. Based on the theoretical derivation and the literature, the formulas for approximate calculation of moisture content, specific enthalpy, fresh air cooling load, sensible heat and latent heat are found. Innovatively, it is based on the isotherms, constant humidity lines (or isohumes), and constant enthalpy lines in the psychrometric chart as the basis., this study takes six possible outdoor air relative working conditions corresponding to a certain indoor air state in summer as examples, conducts a sample calculation of the fresh air cooling load, and further infers the impact of fresh air on the indoor air temperature, humidity, and enthalpy value. It makes the automatic control of sampling temperature and humidity for the energy-saving operation of fresh air possible.
