The study of temperature uniformity simulation of refrigerator crisper drawer based on CFD

摘要: 为实现某冰箱高保鲜的功能,对保鲜抽屉内部的温度均匀性提出了更高要求。以某冰箱冷藏内置保鲜抽屉为研究对象,结合温度场仿真对其送风道结构进行设计优化,并将仿真结果与样机测试结果进行对比。结果表明,采用树状风道并优化多孔出风口的出风风向后,抽屉内部空间最大温差值为1.1 ℃;与2台样机实测结果相比,二者的空间最大温差值偏差均≤0.2 ℃。研究结果可为后续保鲜抽屉的技术研究提供基础的数据参考。

Abstract: To achieve the high freshness-preserving function of a refrigerator, higher requirements are imposed on the temperature uniformity inside the crisper drawer. The built-in crisper drawer of a refrigerator's refrigeration compartment is taken as the research object, its air supply duct structure is optimized by combining temperature field simulation, and the results are compared with the test data of physical prototypes.The results indicate that with the adoption of the tree-shaped air duct and the optimized air direction of the multi-hole air outlet, the maximum temperature difference in the internal space of the drawer reached 1.1 ℃. Furthermore, when compared with the measured results of two physical prototypes, the deviation of the maximum temperature difference between the simulation and the prototypes is ≤0.2 ℃. The findings of the study provide basic data reference for the subsequent technical research on crisper drawer.
