空调室外机EMI滤波器的共模电感优化设计方法

Optimization design method for common mode inductance for EMI filter in air conditioner outdoor unit

摘要: 针对空调室外机在5 MHz~20 MHz电磁频率频段产生的EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)问题,常规整改方法包括整机加装磁环或优化EMI滤波器,滤波器优化通常涉及更换Y电容或共模电感。对于高频共模干扰,更改Y电容或外接磁环效果不显著,共模电感整改效果有限。基于整机初始测试曲线(带EMI滤波器),提出一种共模电感协同优化设计方法,根据样机的初始测试曲线,针对超标频点,计算出机型所需的电感量和电阻抗,再通过公式转化为对应磁导率,从而合理选择磁芯材料、优化共模电感磁芯尺寸、绕线匝数,快速优化电感。该方法可提升30%的EMI性能,缩短10%的调试周期,同时缩减电感体积20%,单机成本至少降低5元。

Abstract: For the EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) problem generated by the outdoor unit of air conditioner in the electromagnetic frequency band of 5 MHz~20 MHz, the traditional methods include installing magnetic rings on the entire machine or optimizing EMI filters. The EMI Filter optimization usually involves replacing Y capacitors or common mode inductors. For high-frequency common mode interference, changing the Y capacitor or external magnetic ring does not have a significant effect, and the improvement effect of common mode inductance is limited. Proposes a new design method for common mode inductors based on the initial test curve of the entire machine (with EMI filter), Propose a co-optimization design method for common-mode inductors. For the non-compliant frequency points, the required inductance and impedance of the model is calculated and then converted to the corresponding magnetic permeability via the formula. On this basis, the magnetic core material is reasonably selected, the core size and winding turns of the common-mode inductor are optimized, so as to rapidly optimize the inductor. This method improves EMI performance by 30%, shortens the debugging cycle by 10%, reduces the inductor volume by 20% , and lower the unit cost by at least 5 yuan.
