摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文章主要介绍了空调换热器在生产过程中弯头焊接线焊接过程中如何通过技术手段防止因弯头错配、漏配、多配导致的系统问题,通过生产过程中的统计数据对比传统方式与在线监测的差异,推进视觉检测在线监控在空调换热器生产中的运用。

关键词: 空调, 换热器, 弯头, 监测

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces how to prevent the system problems caused by elbow mismatch, leakage and multi-matching in the welding process of air conditioner heat exchanger during the welding process of elbow joint. Through comparing the difference between the traditional way and the on-line monitoring through the statistical data in the production process, the application of visual on-line monitoring in the production of air conditioning heat exchanger is promoted.
