摘要： 本文结合轻商用往复式压缩机的工况特点,以及冷冻油在往复式压缩机中的作用,重点采用美国剑桥VISCOpro2000油品粘度测试仪对商用往复式压缩机单体及系统实际运行时的粘度进行对比测试和分析,为商用往复式制冷压缩机可靠性评价及油品选择提供数据支持和积累。

关键词: 往复式压缩机, 可靠性, 润滑, 粘度, 冷冻油

Abstract: In this paper, based on the working conditions of the light commercial reciprocating compressor and the effect of the frozen oil in the reciprocating compressor, the viscosity of the commercial reciprocating compressor is compared and analyzed by using the viscosity tester of the Cambridge VISCOpro2000 oil product, and the commercial reciprocating refrigeration compression is made for the commercial reciprocating compressor. Provide data support and accumulation for compressor reliability evaluation and oil selection direction.
