摘要: 定频空调在停机时压缩机常常会剧烈振动,导致配管停机应力超标。本文针对配管停机应力超标问题,通过实验和仿真两种手段,对空调配管系统进行模态分析,得到其固有频率及对应振型。结合模态分析及应力测试结果,对配管结构进行优化。优化后的配管的低阶模态固有频率有效地避开了压缩机的固有频率,避免停机过程中的配管共振,减小配管停机应力,提高产品的品质及可靠性。

Abstract: Constant frequency air-conditioners usually vibrate violently on shutdown, leading to excess pipe stress. In this paper, modal analysis is conducted on pipe system in air-conditioner by experiment and simulation. Natural frequency and modal shape are obtained. Structure of pipe system is optimized in order that the natural frequency of pipe system is far different from the natural frequency of the compressor. The results show that the solution reduces pipe stress on shutdown and improves the quality of the product.
