欧盟季节能效测试方法研究

Research on EU seasonal energy efficiency test method

摘要: 由于出口欧盟地区的空调器测试要求比较严格,故针对出口欧盟变频分体机的季节能效测试方法进行探讨分析,通过S-A分析测试方法,能得到制冷各个工况影响季节能效占比是C>B>D>A,制热平均温区各个工况影响季节能效占比是B>C>A>D>E,待机功率和达温停机功率对制冷季节能效影响不小,可通过电控功能实现控制功率越小,能效越好,但是对制热季节能效几乎没有影响。研究结果将给读者提供一套完整的欧盟季节能效测试方法,为产品开发提供完整的调试思路,从而使空调器的性能得到充分发挥利用,达到空调器的最低配置、最优能效的目的。

Abstract: Due to the strict testing requirements for air conditioners exported to the EU, the seasonal energy efficiency testing method of frequency conversion splitters exported to the EU is discussed and analyzed. Through S-A analysis and testing method, it can be concluded that the seasonal energy efficiency affected by each working condition of refrigeration is C>B>D>A, and that the seasonal energy efficiency affected by each working condition of heating average temperature zone is B>C>A>D>E. Standby power and reaching temperature shutdown power have great influence on the seasonal energy efficiency of refrigeration, and the smaller the control power can be realized through electronic control function. The research results will provide readers with a complete set of European Union seasonal energy efficiency testing methods and a complete debugging idea for product development, so that the performance of air conditioners can be fully utilized and the minimum configuration and optimal energy efficiency of air conditioners can be achieved.
