R32制冷剂在家用除湿机上的应用研究与分析

Research and analysis regarding the application of R32 refrigerant in household dehumidifier

摘要: 在制冷空调行业内,R32制冷剂由于其良好的热物性和环保性能,被认为是一种理想的环保替代制冷剂,受到越来越多的关注和应用。基于实验,对采用R32制冷剂的家用除湿机在不同参数条件下的运行状况进行了研究分析,结果表明:适当的制冷剂充注量、毛细管流量以及风机转速更有利于提高除湿机的除湿能力和EF值;此外,建立了数学回归模型,将EF值与制冷剂充注量、毛细管流量、风机转速关联起来,并结合方差分析,提出毛细管流量是影响EF值的最主要因素,为今后家用除湿机的优化设计提供参考与指导。

Abstract: In the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, R32 refrigerant is regarded as an alternative environmentally friendly refrigerant due to its excellent thermal properties and environmental performance, and has garnered increasing attention and application. Based on experiments, the operating conditions of household dehumidifier employing R32 refrigerant under various parameter circumstances were investigated and analyzed. The findings indicate that an appropriate refrigerant charging amount, capillary flow rate, and fan speed are more conducive to enhancing the dehumidification capacity and EF value of the dehumidifier; moreover, a mathematical regression model was established to correlate the EF value with the refrigerant charging amount, capillary flow rate, and fan speed, and in combination with variance analysis, it was suggested that the capillary flow rate is the most significant factor influencing the EF value. Relevant research workwill help provide reference and valuable guidance for the optimized design of household dehumidifiers in the future.
