水和负载对干衣机烘干影响的初步研究

摘要: 试验用水和测试负载是干衣机性能测试的基础,为了研究其对干衣机烘干性能的影响规律,总结试验方法,对干衣机的测试条件进行了模拟试验研究。通过试验研究得到不同水质及负载对烘干的影响规律。通过分析和研究,确定本次试验研究的因子和水平,通过MiniTAB软件进行全因子试验设计并对所有试验数据进行方差分析,得到了试验用水和负载对烘干的影响规律,为后续干衣机性能测试及研发提供理论指导。

Abstract: Test water and test load are the basis of the performance test of the clothes dryer. In order to study the influence of water and load on the drying performance of the clothes dryer, the test method was summarized and the test conditions of the clothes dryer were simulated. The effects of different water quality and load on drying were obtained through experimental study. Through analysis and research, the factors and levels of this experimental study were determined. MiniTAB software was used to conduct full-factor experimental design and variance analysis of all test data. The law of the influence of test water and load on drying was obtained, which provided theoretical guidance for subsequent performance testing and research and development of clothes dryer.
