提升铝圆管翅片式换热器性能的工艺对比实验研究

摘要: 近年来,铝作为铜的替代材料得到广泛关注,与铜管相比,铝管材料物性和壁厚不一致,现有铜管翅片式换热器制造工艺无法直接复用,需优化制造工艺来满足应用。通过理论分析与实验研究对比,分析了不同胀管工艺对铝圆管翅片式换热器换热性能的影响。通过优化胀球设计与增加涂油工艺,实验对比表明:对φ7 mm铝圆管翅片式换热器,换热能力提升约2.2%;对φ9.52 mm铝圆管翅片式换热器,换热性能提升约3.3%。

Abstract: In recent years, aluminum has gained widespread attention as a substitute material for copper. Compared with copper tubes, the physical properties and wall thickness of aluminum tubes are inconsistent. The existing manufacturing process for copper fin-tube heat exchangers cannot be directly reused, and the manufacturing process needs to be optimized to meet the application requirements. Through theoretical analysis and experimental research comparison, analyzed the influence of different tube expansion processes on the heat transfer performance of aluminum round fin-tube heat exchangers. By optimizing the design of the expansion balls and adding an oiling process, experimental comparisons show that for the φ7 mm aluminum round tube finned heat exchanger, the heat exchange capacity is increased by approximately 2.2%; for the φ9.52 mm aluminum round tube finned heat exchanger, the heat exchange performance is enhanced by about 3.3%.
