挂机导风板凝露仿真模型建立及案例研究

摘要: 家用空调挂机在夏季高湿环境下运行时会出现导风板凝露滴水现象,对用户使用造成很大困扰。针对导风板凝露的量化评估,提出了一种基于除湿模型的导风板凝露仿真方法,并对某型号家空挂机进行导风板凝露预测及优化。结果表明,基于凝露速率参数可以准确反应凝露位置及凝露滴水风险。另外,通过优化大导板底部轮廓线,使其与风道轮廓线匹配设计,大幅降低了导板底部的凝露滴水风险。

Abstract: When the household air-conditioner is running in the high humidity environment in summer, the condensation and dripping of the wind deflector occurs, which causes significant inconvenience to the user. In order to quantify the evaluation method of wind deflector condensation, proposes a wind deflector condensation simulation method based on dehumidification model, and carries out the wind deflector condensation prediction analysis of a certain model of home empty hang-up machine. The results show that the condensation simulation method used can predict the condensation location well, and the condensation dripping risk at the bottom of the guide plate can be greatly improved by optimizing the contour line at the bottom of the large guide plate and matching the design with the air duct contour line.
