转子工艺对内置式永磁无刷直流电机噪声影响研究

Influence of rotor process on noise of built-in permanent magnet BLDC motor

摘要: 以8极12槽内置式永磁无刷直流电机为研究对象,针对转子关键工艺转子偏心、永磁体磁场强度波动对电磁噪声影响的制造端问题,基于有限元电磁仿真,研究不同转子工艺变化时的电机电磁振动和噪声,并定量分析转子工艺对电磁噪声影响及规律。经过研究分析,提出对于制造端电磁噪声的改善措施:转子静态偏心应控制在10%以内、动态偏心应控制在10%以内、永磁体磁场强度波动应控制在2%以内。

Abstract: 12 slot with 8 pole built-in permanent magnet BLDC motor as the research object, the key technology for rotor eccentric rotor, permanent magnet magnetic field intensity fluctuation manufacturing side of the impact of electromagnetic noise problem, based on finite element electromagnetic simulation, different computing process variation of the rotor in motor electromagnetic vibration and noise, finally qualitative quantitative analysis of the rotor effect and process of electromagnetic noise. The static eccentricity of rotor should be controlled within 10%, the dynamic eccentricity should be controlled within 10%, and the fluctuation of magnetic field intensity of permanent magnet should be controlled within 2%.
