无电解电容控制电机电磁振动优化研究

摘要: 为解决洗衣机电机用的电解电容控制器体积大、寿命短、成本高等问题,提出使用无电解电容控制器方案,但无电解电容控制带来电机电磁振动异常大的问题。通过无电解电容对电磁振动影响机理研究,电磁仿真定量分析无电解电容电磁振动产生机理,为后续无电解电容振动优化设计提供理论支撑和改善思路。根据本研究成果,使用定子冲片优化结合电流控制方案进行样机制样和测试验证,结果表明电磁振动改善效果明显,振动幅值下降50%~90%,电磁振动达到有电解电容电机的振动水平,结果起到了很好的减振效果,说明本研究成果对于实际工程应用具有指导意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large volume, short service life and high cost of electrolytic capacitor controller used for washing machine motor, the scheme of using non-electrolytic capacitor controller is proposed, but the problem of electromagnetic vibration of motor caused by non-electrolytic capacitor control is very large. Through the study of the influence mechanism of non-electrolytic capacitor on electromagnetic vibration, the generation mechanism of non-electrolytic capacitor electromagnetic vibration is quantitatively analyzed by electromagnetic simulation, which provides theoretical support and improvement ideas for the subsequent optimization design of non-electrolytic capacitor vibration. Based on the results of this study, the use of the stator laminations sample mechanism optimization combining with the current control scheme for sample and test verification, the results show that electromagnetic vibration improvement effect is obvious, fell by 50%~90%, vibration amplitude of the electromagnetic vibration to electrolytic capacitor motor vibration level, the result has played a very good damping effect, this study has guiding meaning for actual engineering application.
