风管机换热器翅片噪声改善分析研究

摘要: 当风机吹动气流通过翅片式换热器时,会产生一种宽频的高频噪声,极大地影响用户体验。采用CFD数值模拟和噪声物理实验的方法,对气流通过换热器时发出的噪声问题进行研究。首先采用CFD的方法研究了气体流速、气流入口方向等因素对翅片间隙内涡流强度的影响,然后根据换热器上的风速分布情况设置导流片避免高速气流直接吹进换热器,改善了该异常噪声问题。

Abstract: When the fan blows the air flow through the finned heat exchanger, it will produce a kind of broadband high-frequency noise. Starting from the CFD numerical simulation, studies the noise generated by the airflow through the heat exchanger. First, the CFD method is used to study the influence of different airflow sizes and air inlet directions on the vortex intensity in the fin gap, and then set the guide vanes according to the wind speed distribution on the heat exchanger to prevent high-speed airflow from directly blowing into the heat exchanger, which improves the abnormal noise problem.
