基于CFD仿真的冰箱风道优化研究

摘要: 冰箱风道系统作为冰箱产品的核心组件之一,其流场分布特性直接影响冰箱制冷效率。以某出口两门风冷冰箱为例,对初始风道结构进行仿真优化及实验测试。结果表明:新风道结构提升总出风量约17.44%,并改善了冷藏间室风量分配比例,使冷藏间室具备更佳的温度均匀性,降低了冷藏间室的凝露风险。

Abstract: The air duct system of refrigerator is one of the core components of refrigerator products, and its flow field distribution characteristics directly affect the refrigeration efficiency of refrigerator. Taking a two door air-cooled refrigerator as an example, the initial air duct structure is simulated, optimized and tested. The results show that the new air duct structure increases the total air output by about 17.44%, and improves the air distribution ratio of the refrigeration room, so that the refrigerated compartment has better temperature uniformity, and reduces the risk of condensation in the refrigerator compartment.
