基于公差仿真的家用空调内机导风板间隙异常问题分析

摘要: 家用空调内机导风板与面板配合外观间隙直接影响用户体验感受,间隙太大、间隙不均匀等问题影响产品外观档次,导风板配合外观间隙是评判产品工艺水平的一个重要指标。基于某分体壁挂内机生产过程间隙超标异常问题,应用公差仿真分析工具进行尺寸链仿真分析,引用仿真软件的敏感度、贡献度分析,进而识别出影响产品质量的关键因素。结合机械原理以及实际零件加工水平调研发现,内导风板波浪变形是导致间隙异常的直接原因。通过调整注塑工艺参数改善和降低内导风板波浪变形程度,并开发仿形压紧矫形工艺技术,进行整形固化,最终显著降低整机外观配合间隙,提高产品质量一致性。

Abstract: The fit appearance gap between the air guide plate and the panel of the domestic air conditioner directly affects the user experience. The problems such as too large gap and uneven gap affect the product appearance grade. The fit appearance gap of the air guide plate is an important index to judge the product process level. Based on the abnormal gap in the production process of a split wall mounted internal machine, applies the tolerance simulation analysis tool to carry out the dimension chain simulation analysis, quotes the sensitivity and contribution analysis of the simulation software, and then identifies the key factors affecting the product quality. Combined with the mechanical principle and the investigation of the actual part processing level, it is found that the wave deformation of the inner air deflector is the direct cause of the abnormal gap. By adjusting the injection molding process parameters, improve and reduce the wave deformation degree of the inner air guide plate, and develop the profiling compression orthopedic process technology for shaping and curing, so as to significantly reduce the appearance matching gap of the whole machine and improve the consistency of product quality.
