多翼离心风机风叶和蜗壳径向间隙对风管机风量

摘要: 应用Fluent软件数值模拟分析对比了同种多翼离心风机风叶和蜗壳径向间隙对风管机的风量的影响,同时,通过实验测试风量和噪声情况。分析了增加风叶和蜗壳径向间隙后,加速了叶片出流与蜗壳的撞击,风管机的风量会增加2.3%~4.7%,风管机的噪声增加0.2 dB(A)~1.5 dB(A)。在设计风管机时,可以适当地采用风叶和蜗壳不同心的方式来提高风量,为后续风管机的设计和开发研究提供了理论和实验依据。

Abstract: Using fluent software numerical simulation analysis and comparison of the same kind of multi-blade centrifugal fan blades and volute radial clearance on the air volume of the air duct machine, at the same time, through experiments to test the air volume and noise. It is analyzed that after increasing the radial clearance between the blades and the volute, the impact of the blade outflow and the volute is accelerated, the air volume of the duct machine will increase by 2.3% to 4.7%, and the noise of the duct machine will increase by 0.2 dB(A) to 1.5 dB(A). When designing the air duct machine, it is possible to appropriately adopt the way that the fan blades and the volute are not concentric to increase the air volume, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent design and development of the air conditioner.
