Research and application of environmental corrosion protection technology for parking air conditioning heat exchanger

摘要: 驻车空调换热器腐蚀泄漏问题严重,结合微观观察及成分检测等手段研究了换热器的腐蚀原因,并对换热器经过防腐处理后的抗腐蚀性能进行了研究。研究表明,换热器泄漏是由Cl-和S2-引发的点蚀穿孔导致。将换热器浸涂在水性树脂涂料中,再经风干、高温固化处理,通过中性盐雾试验和SWAAT试验对比为防腐和防腐处理后的换热器的腐蚀情况。试验结果表示,涂有水性树脂涂料的换热器的抗腐蚀性能显著提高,为换热器产品的防腐工艺设计提供有效思路。

Abstract: The problem of corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger of the parking air conditioner is serious. The reasons for the corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger are studied by means of microscopic observation and component detection, and the corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger after anti-corrosion treatment is studied. The research shows that the leakage of the heat exchanger is caused by the pitting and perforation caused by Cl- and S2-. The heat exchanger was immersed in water-based resin coating, and then treated by air drying and high temperature curing. The corrosion of the heat exchanger after anticorrosion and anticorrosion treatment was compared by neutral salt spray test and SWAAT test. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of heat exchanger coated with water-based resin coating is significantly improved, which provides effective ideas for the design of anti-corrosion process of heat exchanger products.
