基于电化学高级氧化技术的洗衣机洗护效果研究

Research on washing and caring effect of washing machine based on electrochemical advanced oxidation technology

摘要: 将可以产生羟基自由基(•OH)电化学高级氧化技术运用于洗衣机,利用•OH的强氧化性实现洗衣机防串色、白衣净白、除菌、抑菌、提升特殊污渍洗净比等功能。全面评价了搭载电化学氧化技术洗衣机的洗护效果,结果表明:搭载电化学高级氧化技术的洗衣机可有效防串色、提升白色衣物的洗后白度、低能耗除菌、48 h抑菌、提升特殊污渍的洗净效果,且洗涤有色衣物无褪色风险。此外,•OH还可降解洗涤废水中的染料,具有良好的环保价值。

Abstract: Hydroxyl radicals (•OH) can be produced by advanced oxidation technology. Applying electrochemical advanced oxidation technology to washing machine, and utilizing the strong oxidation ability of •OH, washing machine may realize the function of dye transfer inhibition, white clothes whitening, bacteria removing and inhibition, improvement of cleaning effect for special stains. Washing and caring effect of washing machine equipped with electrochemical advanced oxidation technology was evaluated comprehensively in this research. The results showed that washing machine equipped with electrochemical advanced oxidation technology can effectively inhibit dye transfer, improve the whiteness of white clothes after washing, achieve sterilizing with low energy consumption, inhibit bacteria in 48 h, improve the cleaning effect of special stains, has no risk getting the color of clothes faded in washing process. In addition, •OH can degrade dyes in washing wastewater, which reveals indispensable environmental values.
