洗衣机内筒不锈钢抗菌钝化技术研究

Study on antibacterial passivation technology of washing machine inner barrel stainless steel

摘要: 为解决洗衣机内筒不锈钢在潮湿环境中表面极易滋生细菌并积累形成生物膜的问题,研究了在30 wt.%硝酸钝化液中复合添加500 ppb铜离子的钝化工艺。实验结果证明,钝化处理改变了430不锈钢表面钝化膜性质,显著提高了材料耐腐蚀性能和抗菌防污性能。材料点蚀电位提高200 mV以上,抗菌率大于99.99%,且不影响基体组织结构,应用于洗衣机内筒不锈钢的制备工序中具有极大前景。

Abstract: The passivation process of adding 500 ppb copper ion to 30 wt.% nitric acid passivation solution was studied to inhabiting bacterial biofilms on stainless steel of washing machine inner cylinder. The experimental results show that the passivation treatment changed the properties of the passive film on the surface of 430 stainless steel, and significantly improved the corrosion resistance, antibacterial and antifouling properties of the material. The pitting potential of the material was increased more than 200 mV and the antibacterial rate achieved over 99.99%, and does not affect the matrix structure. It has great prospects for application in the preparation process of stainless steel in the inner cylinder of washing machines.
