摘要: 不同的纺织材料,由于其纤维高分子组成结构和排列规律不同,导致其物理、化学性能存在较大差异。因此,各类污渍在不同纺织材料上的黏附和去除方式也有很大区别。通过分析纯棉、涤纶、涤棉混纺以及真丝织物与红酒、泥渍、血渍之间的结合附着方式,并在一定的洗涤条件下,研究各类污渍在不同纺织面料上的洗净效果,从而为后续洗衣机洗涤程序的合理开发提供一定的设计思路。

Abstract: Different textile materials and stains have various physical and chemical properties due to their unique composition, structure and arrangement of macro-molecules. Therefore, the attachment and removal methods of different stains on specific textile materials should vary according to the physical and chemical properties. The combination mechanisms between pure cotton, polyester, polyester cotton blended fabrics and silk fabrics with red wine, mud stains and blood stains were analyzed respectively. Under certain washing conditions, the cleaning effects of various stains on different textile fabrics were studied, so as to provide a certain reference for the rational development of subsequent washing procedures of washing machines.
