Study on the spray capability in dishwasher and its effect to the cleaning performance

摘要: 为研究洗碗机的喷臂喷射性能,深入分析了喷射水流速度和总压的理论原理,通过计算公式对提升喷射性能进行了初步探讨,并对比了喷臂全通模式下和交替洗模式下喷射水流及其调整变化的异同点。接着,重点介绍了基于皮托管原理的喷射总压检测工装,以喷射水流总压作为评判喷射力的参数,实验结果表明交替洗模式能形成显著的增压效应,喷臂的喷射性能和运动性能都有明显提升。最后,通过对比性洗净测试,进一步验证了交替洗能够有效提升洗净性能。

Abstract: In order to study the spray capability of the spray arm of the dishwasher, deeply analyzes the theoretical principle of the spray water velocity and total pressure, preliminarily discusses the improvement of the spray capability through the calculation formula, and compares the similarities and differences of spray water and its adjustment in the spray arm full pass mode and the alternate washing mode. Then, emphatically introduces the total pressure tooling based on the Pitot-tube theory. Taking the total pressure of the spray water as the parameter to evaluate the spray capability, the experimental results show that the alternating washing mode can form a significant pressurization effect, thus the spray capability and motion performance of the spray arm have been significantly improved. Finally, through the comparative cleaning test, it is further verified that the alternative washing mode can effectively improve the cleaning performance.
