某空调外转子风机电机高效技术研究

Research on high efficiency technology of an air conditioning outer rotor fan motor

摘要: 目前针对电机能效的要求越来越高,高效电机成为了各界研究的热点。首先从电机效率的基本公式出发,对公式进行分解,分解后对影响效率的关键参数进行根因分析,从而提出所研究电机的提效思路。然后以一台空调外转子风机电机为例,根据分析结果并结合工艺制造以及噪声参数对其进行提效分析。最后对优化方案进行制样测试,进一步验证了理论分析的可靠性。研究结果将为后续高效电机设计开发提供有效的指导。

Abstract: At present, the requirements for motor energy efficiency are becoming increasingly high, and efficient motors have become a hot research topic in various fields. Firstly, starting from the basic formula of motor efficiency, decomposes the formula, and then conducts root cause analysis on the key parameters that affect efficiency, thus proposing the efficiency improvement ideas for the studied motor. Then, taking an example of an air conditioning external rotor fan motor, based on the analysis results and combined with process manufacturing and noise parameters, an efficiency improvement analysis is conducted on it. Finally, sample preparation testing was conducted on the optimized plan to further verify the reliability of the theoretical analysis. The research results will provide effective guidance for the design and development of high-efficiency motors in the future.
