空气源热泵采暖机的节能策略与舒适性研究

摘要: 为了研究空气源热泵采暖机的节能策略,通过模拟用户端的使用情况,设计了多组试验方案,对比了不同控制逻辑下的空气源热泵采暖机的能耗情况。主要通过两个维度进行研究,一是单点COP测试结果,二是24 h耗电量测试结果;综合以上两种测试结果,得出采暖机节能控制策略。试验结果表明:在-12℃的环境温度下,设定水温45℃(回水温度),在优化后的控制逻辑,机组24 h的耗电量,可由94.9 kW·h降低到79.3 kW·h,降低了15.6 kW·h,节能性提升19.6%。通过该试验,可以为空气源热泵的节能控制策略设计,提供参考。同时,也对比了舒适性(温度场)的变化。

Abstract: Compares the energy consumption of the air-source heat pump under different control logics.Mainly through two dimensions, one is the single-point COP test results, the other is the 24 h power consumption test results; based on the above two test results, the energy-saving control strategy of heating machine is obtained. The experimental results show that the power consumption of the unit can be reduced from 94. 9 kW·h to 79. 3 kW·h, which is 15. 6 kW·h, and the energy saving can be improved by 19.6% under the optimized control logic when the ambient temperature is -12℃ and the water temperature is set at 45℃ (return water temperature). Through the experiment, it can provide reference for the design of energy saving control strategy of air source heat pump. At the same time, the change of comfort (temperature field) is also compared.
