冰箱取消箱体侧板VIP板性能提升研究

摘要: 目前,市场上推出的高端薄壁冰箱大多使用真空绝热板来降低箱体和门体的发泡层厚度,以达到降低产品耗电量和提升产品容积率的目的。但真空绝热板价格昂贵且易破损,在冰箱制造期间需要采用大量的防护措施。为了提高生产效率、优化成本、提升产品竞争力,提出了取消箱体真空绝热板并在不改变箱体发泡层厚度的前提下仍能达到原状态性能的思路。箱体在取消真空绝热板后势必会增加漏冷量,出现不能达成1级能效、高环温储藏温度不达标、凝露不合格等问题。研究采用理论分析和试验测试的方法,通过提高制冷效率、降低待机功耗、减少箱体门封处漏冷量等方案实施解决。测试结果显示:当取消真空绝热板后整机耗电量增加约8%,通过优化设计后,整机耗电量降低约8%,达成1级能效目标;储藏温度和凝露测试均由不合格改善为合格,最终达成各项性能和可靠性指标。该研究方案给箱体取消真空绝热板提供优化思路,在产品进行性能提升时也可作为参考。

Abstract: At present, most of the high-end thin-wall refrigerators launched on the market use vacuum insulation panels to reduce the foam layer thickness of the box and door body to achieve the purpose of reducing product power consumption and improving product volume ratio. However, the vacuum insulation board is expensive and easily damaged, and a large number of protective measures are required during the manufacture of the refrigerator. In order to achieve easy manufacturing, lower cost and improve product competitiveness, the research aims to achieve the original performance without changing the foam layer thickness of the box after removing the vacuum insulation board. After the vacuum insulation board is cancelled, the cooling leakage of the box is bound to increase, and problems such as not being able to achieve level 1 energy efficiency, non-standard high-ring temperature storage temperature, and unqualified condensation occur. The method of theoretical analysis and practical test is used to improve the cooling efficiency, reduce the standby power consumption, and reduce the leakage of the box door seal. The test results show that the power consumption of the whole machine increases by about 8% after the vacuum insulation board is canceled, and the power consumption of the whole machine decreases by about 8% after the optimization design, and the goal of level 1 energy efficiency is achieved. The storage temperature and condensation test were improved from unqualified to qualified, and finally achieved various performance and reliability indicators. The research scheme provides an optimization idea for the vacuum insulation board of the box, and can also be used as a reference when the performance of the product is improved.
