摘要: 如今,人们对于家居环境健康关注度越来越高,家电产品的健康功能设计在产品设计中已成为一个重要元素,如何提高材料的健康性能已成为产品设计师重要考虑方向。塑料作为冰箱占比最多、与食品接触最多的材料,提高塑料件抗菌功能可以提升产品的健康竞争力。通过分析抗菌剂特点,结合目前冰箱塑料件的成型工艺,优选塑料抗菌剂的选择与成型工艺等实现方案,就抗菌塑料作为健康材料在冰箱中技术应用进行阐述介绍。

Abstract: Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the health of the home environment. The health function design of household appliances has become an important element in product design. How to improve the health performance of materials has become an important consideration for product designers. Plastic, as the material with the most proportion and the most contact with food in refrigerators, can enhance the antibacterial function of plastic parts and enhance the health competitiveness of products. By analyzing the characteristics of antibacterial agents, combining with the current molding technology of refrigerator plastic parts, the selection and molding technology of plastic antibacterial agents are optimized, the application of antibacterial plastics as health material in refrigerator was introduced.
