7 HP三相滚动转子压缩机噪声分析与优化

摘要: 噪声研究及控制逐渐成为7 HP以上大排量滚动转子压缩机开发关键因素之一。通过对滚动转子压缩机的噪声激励源类型分析,并对主要影响因素进行改善探讨和实验验证。基于7 HP机排量大、负载高的特点,对曲轴轴系稳定性进行优化。建立7 HP压缩机旋转系三维模型并进行CAE仿真计算,通过优化调整缸盖环槽厚度,缸盖与曲轴的接触面压下降2%,曲轴变形量减小1%;对压缩机运转过程中轴系稳定性有明显改善作用。实验表明优化轴系稳定性对噪声改善有明显效果,整机噪声OA值可下降6 dB。

Abstract: Noise research and control has gradually become one of the key factors in the development of large rotor compressor with displacement over 7 HP. Different types of noise excitation sources in rotor compressors are analyzed, of which the main factors are improved and validated by experiments. For large displacement rotor compressor with high load, the crankshaft system stability optimization is very important. 3D model of the compressor is established for CAE simulation. Optimization is done on thickness of the cylinder head ring slot to achieve the contact pressure between the cylinder head and crankshaft reduction by 2% and the crankshaft deformation reduction by 1%. This significantly improves the shaft system stability during operation. Experiments also show a very positive effect on noise improvement with overall 6 dB improvement on OA value.
