冰箱压缩机高频噪声识别及优化

摘要: 当前冰箱压缩机高频噪声问题突出,高频噪声听感差易引发用户投诉,识别冰箱压缩机的高频噪声问题,并进行相关优化已迫在眉睫。针对当前的冰箱压缩机易出现的高频噪声问题,以某款定速机型为例,从噪声源和传递路径进行研究,针对某款定速机型的2500 Hz、4000 Hz、5000 Hz等高频噪声问题进行了深度分析并优化。测试结果显示,采用此优化方案能够明显改善其高频噪声问题,为冰箱压缩机高频噪声问题改善提供了相关思路和理论依据,对后续的产品设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: At present, the high-frequency noise problem of refrigerator compressor is prominent, and the poor hearing of high-frequency noise is easy to cause user complaints. It is urgent to identify the high-frequency noise problem of refrigerator compressor and optimize it. In view of the high-frequency noise problems that are easy to occur in the current refrigerator compressor, takes a certain type of fixed-speed compressor as an example to study the noise source and transmission path. The high-frequency noise problems such as 2500 Hz, 4000 Hz and 5000 Hz of a certain type of fixed-speed compressor are deeply analyzed and optimized. The test results show that the optimization scheme can significantly improve the high-frequency noise problem, which provides relevant ideas and theoretical basis for the improvement of the high-frequency noise problem of the refrigerator compressor, and has certain guiding significance for the subsequent product design.
