壁挂式空调制热舒适性影响因素研究

摘要: 壁挂式空调制热采暖舒适度日益成为用户关注的重点,但空调制热普遍存在升温等待时间久、垂直温差大等现象。针对以上现象,通过实验方法对比环境温度、漏热及出风角度对制热性能的影响,并利用仿真软件模拟了不同出风角度下,房间温升速度及垂直温差的差异。综合房间温升及垂直温差考虑,得出30°送风角度时,房间温度上升速度较快且垂直温差小,为最佳出风角度。为壁挂式空调制热出风角度设计提供重要依据。

Abstract: The comfort of air conditioning heating has increasingly become the focus of attention of users. However, air conditioning heating generally suffers from long heating waiting times and large vertical temperature differences. To all the phenomenon above, the effects of ambient temperature, heat leakage and air outlet angle on heating performance are analyzed through experiments, and simulation software was used to simulate the differences in room temperature rise rate and vertical temperature difference under different air outlet angles. Considering the room temperature rise and vertical temperature difference, it is concluded that when the air supply angle is 30°, the room temperature rises faster and the vertical temperature difference is small, making it the optimal air outlet angle. Which provides an important basis for the design of the heating outlet angle of wall mounted air conditioning.
