基于路径分析的往复式压缩机高频噪声研究

TPA based high-frequency noise research of reciprocating compressor

摘要: 针对往复式压缩机普遍存在的高频噪声峰值突出问题,对冰箱用往复式压缩机的高频段噪声产生机理和控制措施进行了研究。采用锤击法模态和传递函数测试方法,对机芯向压缩机壳体的振动传递贡献量进行量化分析,运用模态叠加频响仿真方法,对关键传递路径的结构参数进行改进设计,最终从振动传递路径的角度对高频噪声问题进行定位和优化。结果表明:机芯向压缩机壳体底部振动传递的高频成分中,压缩机油池的振动传递占比最高,机芯支撑弹簧次之,压缩机内排管振动传递最少。通过对油池注油量的优化设计,从传递路径角度解决了该款往复压缩机高频噪声问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the high frequency noise peak prominent problem of reciprocating compressor, the mechanism of high frequency noise generation and control measures of reciprocating compressor used in refrigerator were studied. The modal and transfer function test methods of hammer method were used to quantify the vibration transmission contribution of the movement to the compressor housing. The modal superposition frequency response simulation method was used to improve the design of the structural parameters of the key transmission path, and finally the high-frequency noise problem was located and optimized from the perspective of the vibration transmission path. The results show that among the high frequency components of vibration transmission from the movement to the bottom of the compressor housing, the vibration transmission proportion of the compressor oil pool is the highest, followed by the movement support spring, and the vibration transmission of the compressor tube is the least. The problem of high-frequency noise of the reciprocating compressor is solved from the point of view of the transmission path through the optimization design of the oil injection volume of the oil pool.
