雾化方式对移动空调免排水能力及其性能的影响

The influence of atomization method on the no-drainage capacity and performance of portable air conditioner

摘要: 现有移动空调中通常利用打水轮的离心雾化作用将冷凝水抛洒至冷凝器高温翅片上,受热蒸发后经排风管排出,但是其雾化能力有限,在高湿工况下仍需进行人工排水。研究提出了一种新的雾化方式(微孔高速射流撞击雾化/喷管雾化),在高湿工况(t=27℃、RH=90%)下进行了免排水能力及移动空调性能测试,对比了打水轮雾化与微孔高速射流撞击雾化这两种方式对移动空调冷凝水排除能力及制冷系统的影响。结果表明,相较于不打水而言,采用喷管雾化制冷量增加了3.16%(打水轮1.77%)、EER增加了11.70%(打水轮6.62%),能做到24 h不停机连续运行(打水轮6 h)。因此采用喷管雾化在提升整机能效和免排水能力方面更具优势。

Abstract: In the portable air conditioner (PAC), the condensate is sprayed on the high temperature fin of the condenser by the centrifugal atomization of the water-wheel, and then discharged through the exhaust duct after heating. But its atomization capacity is limited, and artificial drainage is still needed under high-humidity conditions. A new atomization method (micro-hole high-speed jet atomization/nozzle atomization) is proposed, and we test the no-drainage capacity and the performance of PAC under high humidity conditions (t=27℃, RH=90%). The influences of water-wheel atomization and micro-hole high-speed jet atomization on the condensate removal capability and refrigeration system of PAC is compared. Compared with no condensate, the result shows that the refrigerating capacity increases by 3.16% (water wheel is 1.77%) and the Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) increases by 11.70% (water wheel is 6.62%), and the continuous running time can be achieved for 24 h (water wheel is 6 h) for nozzle atomization. Therefore, the use of nozzle atomization has more advantages in improving the energy efficiency and no-drainage capacity of the whole machine.
