膨胀阀流量偏差在小型化空调的非稳态工况排气降频问题分析

Analysis of frequency reduction issues under non-steady condition concerning flow deviation of expansion valves in miniaturized air conditioner

摘要: 在某款家用空调室外机项目生产验证测试(PVT)阶段的低温制热量实验中,出现相同开度不同批次膨胀阀流量偏差导致的排气温度降频现象,通过线性回归分析和整机实验验证,当前流量控制水平的膨胀阀在整机测试时,不出现排气温度降频的初始开度下限是150 B,而由于系统参数设定在140 B,导致开环阶段排气温度过高出现降频。膨胀阀流量偏差是出现排气温度降频的主要原因,针对此问题,提出了厂家筛选流量下限和提高系统参数设定到160 B的优化方案,优化方案让峰值排气温度下降了17.3%,距离排气温度降频温度有3℃以上余量。经实验充分验证,该方案可有效解决非稳态工况低温制热的排气温度降频问题。

Abstract: In the low-temperature heating capacity experiment of the production verification test (PVT) phase of a certain household air-conditioning outdoor unit project, the frequency reduction phenomenon because of high exhaust temperature caused by the expansion valve flux deviation at the same opening value occurred. Combing linear regression analysis with air conditioner experiments, when the expansion valve with the current flow control level was tested on the whole machine, the lower limit of the initial opening without exhaust frequency reduction was 150 B. However, because the system parameters were set at 140 B, the exhaust temperature was too high during the open-loop stage and frequency reduction occurred. The flow deviation of the expansion valve is the main reason for the occurrence of frequency reduction. To solve this problem, an optimization plan was proposed for the manufacturer to screen the lower limit of flow rate and increase the system expansion valve opening setting to 160 B. The peak exhaust temperature dropped by 17.3%, and there was a margin of more than 3℃ from the frequency reduction temperature. It has been fully verified by experiments that this solution can effectively solve the problem of exhaust frequency reduction under low-temperature heating conditions.
