智能马桶异味去除装置性能评价试验研究

Experimental study on performance evaluation of intelligent toilet deodorization mechanism

摘要: 针对如何有效评价智能马桶异味去除装置的性能优劣,提出“舱体异味去除率”“异味瞬时去除率”“异味洁净空气量”三个异味去除试验方案,以及“除臭净化效果长效性测定”“容污量”“异味累积净化量”三个异味去除寿命试验方案,加上模拟实际如厕下的感官体验等,开展不同方案的试验研究。试验表明,选取氨气、硫化氢和甲硫醇三种异味作为表征污染物的条件下,“异味瞬时去除效率”“异味累积净化量”“异味感官体验”三个试验方法最优,以试验搭建难易程度、分析方法成熟度及评价方式可靠性的角度更适合评价除臭装置的异味去除效果。

Abstract: Regarding how to effectively evaluate the performance of the intelligent toilet odor removal device, three odor removal test schemes are proposed: "cabin odor removal rate", "instantaneous odor removal rate", and "odor clean air volume"; Three odor removal life test schemes: "long term determination of odor removal and purification effect", "pollutant holding capacity", and "accumulated odor purification capacity"; Conduct experimental research on different schemes, including simulating the sensory experience of actual toileting. Experiments have shown that selecting ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl mercaptan as characteristic pollutants, the three testing methods of "instantaneous odor removal efficiency", "cumulative odor purification amount", and "odor sensory experience" are the best. The difficulty of experimental construction, maturity of analysis methods, and reliability of evaluation methods can better reflect the odor removal effect of the deodorization device.
