空调器动态性能测量用建筑负荷特征研究

Research on the parameters of building load characteristics of air conditioner dynamic performance measurement

摘要: 针对实验室测量无法充分反映空调器的真实性能问题,基于虚拟建筑的空调器动态性能测量已成为当前的研究热点,其中,虚拟建筑的负荷特征的研究是开展空调器动态性能评价的基础问题。首先分析了目前获取空调器性能的三种方法,包括焓差室测量、现场运行性能测量、以及实验室动态测量,指出基于虚拟建筑的实验室动态测量是空调器性能评价的必由之路;进而结合波德图讨论了热阻-热容建筑模型的特征,指出单节点模型对于反映空调器控制水平最佳。通过模拟仿真及模型分析,确定了不同运行特征下的房间负荷特征,提出采用温度-负荷线性关系结合选型系数以描述虚拟建筑负荷;给出了夏热冬冷地区空调器制冷与制热工况的选型系数的推荐值分别为1.33和1.50。

Abstract: In view of the problem that laboratory measurements cannot fully reflect the real performance of air conditioners, the dynamic performance measurement of air conditioners based on virtual buildings has become a research hotspot. Virtual building features are a key part of the dynamic performance evaluation of air conditioners. This paper firstly analyzes the three methods of obtaining the capability of air conditioners, including enthalpy difference room measurement, on-site operation performance measurement, and laboratory dynamic measurement, and points out that laboratory dynamic measurement based on virtual building is the only way to evaluate the performance of air conditioners. Through simulation and model analysis, the load characteristics of the room under different operating characteristics were determined, and the linear relationship between temperature and load combined with the selection coefficient was proposed to describe the virtual building load. The recommended values of the selection coefficients for the cooling and heating conditions of air conditioners in hot summer and cold winter are 1.33 and 1.50, respectively.
