吸油烟机流量调节对空气性能及流场的影响

Influence of range hood flow regulation on air performance and flow field

摘要: 吸油烟机吸风口处的负压分布状态和流速大小对吸油烟机空气性能的优劣有着重要影响,同时对吸油烟机捕获油烟效果的好坏也至关重要。在模型吸油烟机样机的风道内设计可活动的调风板,活动调风板可以偏转至不同的位置。通过对模型样机的工作原理分析,空气性能试验数据分析、吸风口和风道的流场仿真分析,研究当吸油烟机的调风板处于不同位置时,对模型样机的空气性能和吸风口流场的影响。结果表明:当调风板位于居中位置时,左/右吸风口处的负压分布和流速近似相同。当调风板向一侧偏转时,相同转速下随着偏转距离增加,偏转侧的吸风口负压分布区域和流速逐渐减小,非偏转侧的吸风口负压分布区域和流速逐渐增大。

Abstract: The negative pressure distribution and flow rate at the inlet of the range hood have an important influence on the air performance, It is also important for the effect of smoking. Design a movable adjustment plate in the air duct of the range hood, the adjustment plate can be deflected to different positions. Through the analysis of the working principle of the model prototype, air performance test data analysis, and flow field simulation analysis, to study the effect of the regulating plate in different positions on the air performance and the flow field of the suction outlet. The results show that: when the adjustment plate is in the center position, the negative pressure distribution and flow velocity at the suction port are approximately the same. When the adjustment plate deflects to one side, as the deflection distance increases at the same rotational speed, the negative pressure distribution area and flow velocity of the suction port on the deflection side gradually decrease, the negative pressure distribution area and flow velocity of the suction port on the other side gradually increase.
