吸油烟机风机平台标准化应用研究

摘要: 风机与机架的配合决定了吸油烟机的性能水平,为了研究风机平台的标准化应用,通过仿真和实验对吸油烟机的机架尺寸、风机安装位置及不同外观形态进行了分析,得到了与风机适配的机架尺寸及安装位置,形成了风机机架的组合设计方案,改善机架内部的流动效率,平衡了风机前后进风的均匀性,从而降低了同风量下所需的转速,改善了整机噪声。相比于原机架组件,同风量降噪幅度,在两个外观形态下均超过2 dB(A)。

Abstract: The cooperation between the fan and the rack determines the performance level of the range hood, in order to study the application of the standardization of the fan platform, the rack size of the range hood, the fan mounting position, and the different appearance patterns were analyzed through simulation and experimentation, and the rack size and mounting position adapted to the fan were obtained, and a combined design scheme of the fan rack was formed, which improves the flow efficiency inside the rack and balances the front and rear air intake uniformity of the fan, thereby reducing the required rotational speed at the same air flow, and improves the overall noise. Compared to the original rack assembly, the noise reduction for the same airflow is more than 2 dB(A) in both appearance patterns.
