摘要: 研究设计了一种基于红外测温技术的算法,以检测集成灶的干烧情况,并采取相应措施。实验结果验证了该算法的高效性与可靠性,在不同锅具材质和火力下,通过设定的温度阈值和温度变化率能够准确区分正常烹饪与干烧状态。相比传统的方法,显著提升了检测的精准性和响应速度,减少了误判可能。为集成灶干烧防护提供了更安全、便捷的解决方案,未来可以通过集成多种传感器数据进一步优化检测精度,确保用户安全并提升使用体验。

Abstract: This study designed an algorithm based on infrared temperature measurement technology to detect dry burning in integrated stoves and take appropriate actions. Experimental results validated the efficiency and reliability of this algorithm, demonstrating that it can accurately distinguish between normal cooking and dry burning under different pot materials and heat settings by setting temperature thresholds and temperature change rates. Compared to traditional methods, it significantly enhances detection accuracy and response speed, reducing the possibility of false alarms. This provides a safer and more convenient solution for dry-burning prevention in integrated stoves. In the future, integrating data from multiple sensors could further optimize detection accuracy, ensuring user safety and enhancing the user experience.
