房间空调器非稳态制热量试验研究

摘要: 低温制热量试验作为热泵型房间空调器能效评价中必须进行实际测试的项目,对于空调器能效等级的判定具有至关重要的影响。在测试过程中,空调器室外机会因结霜与化霜过程形成非稳态运行,这一特性对测试结果的准确性提出了更高要求。研究试验室常用的通过监测被测空调器运行功率值、四通阀动作信号以及出风静压三种措施来判定测试空调器除霜过程的开始及终止状态点,并分析不同方式在循环周期、制热量、消耗功率以及能效比(EER)等结果的差异性。通过试验可发现,相较于采用四通阀动作信号进行判定的方式,采用被测空调器运行功率值和出风静压进行判定的方式所测得的低温制热量分别呈现出为4.8%的负偏差和3.8%的正偏差,从而进一步影响全年能源消耗效率(APF)的计算结果。鉴于四通阀动作与空调器内部控制策略及实时运行状态直接相关,采用该方法进行除霜过程判定,虽然操作上较其他两种方式更为复杂,但在提高空调器制热量试验的操作合理性及结果可靠性方面更具优势。

Abstract: The low-temperature heating capacity test is a necessary practical test item in the energy efficiency evaluation of heat pump room air conditioners, and it has a crucial impact on determining the energy efficiency rating of the air conditioner. During the testing process, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner may experience transient operation due to frosting and defrosting, posing higher demands on the accuracy of test results. This study investigates three commonly used measures in the laboratory to determine the start and end state points of the defrosting process of the air conditioner: monitoring power value of the tested air conditioner, four-way valve action signals, and outlet static pressure. The study analyzes and compares the cycle period, heating capacity, power consumption, and energy efficiency ratio(EER)measured by different methods, to improve the operational rationality and reliability of the heating capacity test of air conditioners. Experimental findings reveal that compared to using four-way valve actuation signals for judgment, the use of operating power and outlet static pressure as criteria results in a negative deviation of-4.8% and a positive deviation of +3.8% in measured low-temperature heating capacity, respectively. These deviations subsequently impact the calculation of the annual performance factor(APF). Given that four-way valve actuation is intimately tied to the internal control strategies and real-time operating status of the air conditioner, while this method for defrosting process determination is more complex operationally than the other two, it offers greater advantages in enhancing the operational rationality and result reliability of the heating capacity test for air conditioners.
