基于Wi-Fi CSI的人体存在检测方法

A human presence detection method based on Wi-Fi CSI

摘要: 随着智能感知应用需求的日益增长,非接触式人体存在检测技术因其在隐私保护和用户体验方面的显著优势受到广泛关注。基于商用无线网络技术(Wi-Fi)信道状态信息(CSI)的分析方法,通过捕捉人体活动对无线信号多径传播造成的细微扰动,提供了一种无需额外设备、低算力的人体存在检测方案。构建了一种基于阈值逻辑判断的分类模型,通过常规算法提取了空间中人体状态的特征,使用信号处理与逻辑判断实现了对空间中人体状态的检测,通过动态基准调整以适应不同环境。通过真实实验验证,在实验场景下实现了整体准确率99%以上。该方案对不同人体状态都能做到较好的感知检测,实现了对环境中人体存在状态的高精度感知。

Abstract: With the growing demand for smart sensing applications, non-contact body detection technologies have received widespread attention due to their significant advantages in privacy protection and user experience. The analysis method based on commercial Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) Channel State Information (CSI) provides a low-cost and sensorless scenario for smart home security monitoring and other scenarios by capturing the subtle perturbations caused by human activities on the multipath propagation of wireless signals. A classification model based on threshold logical judgment was constructed. The features of human body states in space were extracted through conventional algorithms, and the detection of human body states in space was achieved by using signal processing and logical judgment. Through real experiments, it was verified that an accuracy rate of over 99% was achieved in three different experimental scenarios respectively. This model can achieve good perception and detection in different scenarios, realizing high-precision perception of the human existence state in the environment.
