智能坐便器接地措施有效性分析与研究

Analysis of earthing effectiveness for smart toilets

摘要: 针对智能坐便器的接地安全展开研究,重点分析了金属铠装与陶瓷加热体两类结构的接地措施有效性。研究表明,金属铠装加热体采用直接金属接地,接地电阻低、安全可靠性高;陶瓷加热体因绝缘陶瓷外壳无法直接接地,需通过水路与接地金属实现间接泄放故障电流,其安全性高度依赖于接地金属的设置位置、与水的接触面积及界面电阻。通过理论建模与实例计算,明确了接地金属置于水路中点、增大接触面积及采用管状结构可显著降低泄漏电流。结合 GB/T 4706.53—2024标准要求,分析了陶瓷加热体接地的关键问题,并为产品设计提供了优化建议。

Abstract: Conducts research on the earthing safety of smart toilets, focusing on the effectiveness of earthing measures for two types of structures: metal-sheathed and ceramic heating elements. Results show that metal-sheathed heating elements adopt direct metal earthing with low earthing resistance and high safety reliability. Ceramic heating elements cannot be directly earthed due to their insulating ceramic shells, and fault current has to be discharged indirectly through the water path and earthing metal parts. Their safety highly depends on the position of earthing metal parts, the contact area with water, and interface resistance. Through theoretical modeling and case calculations, it is clarified that positioning the earthing metal at the midpoint of the water path, increasing the contact area, and adopting tubular structures can significantly reduce leakage current. In light of the requirements of the GB/T 4706.53—2024 standard, analyzes key issues related to the earthing of ceramic heating elements and provides optimization suggestions for product design.
