家用电器专用智能功率模块应用技术规范的研究

摘要: 为推进家用电器专用智能功率模块在变频控制器应用中的国产化进程,填补第三方检测平台对其技术规范的缺失,从性能、可靠性、能力等方面对智能功率模块提出要求。检测项目包括外观质量、外形尺寸、电性能、绝缘强度、静电放电、电磁兼容、机械强度、限用物质、焊接分层、封装缺陷以及环境耐久性。另外,每一项检测内容均提出了测试方法以及依据标准。

Abstract: In order to promote the localization process of power modules for inverter controllers for home appliances, fill in a gap that is a lack of detection methods for inverter controller. This paper proposes a detection method, which is a method for detecting IPM in terms of performance, reliability, capability, appearance quality, external dimensions, electrical properties, dielectric strength, electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic compatibility, mechanical strength, restricted substances. In addition, the intelligent power modules also need to be tested in terms of solder delamination, package defects, and environmental durability. Furthermore, test methods and judgment basis are given for each test content, etc.
