摘要: 室外机平台的通风状态直接影响房间空调器的实际运行性能。通过对大量住宅项目的调研,明确了目前住宅建筑中安装平台的类型和占比,基于平台的共性特点,定义了表征平台几何结构的特征尺寸;分析指出安装平台导致的室外机风量衰减和排风回流是影响空调器性能的根本原因,提出采用风量衰减系数β和排风回流系数α定量描述平台对室外机进风参数的影响,并以百叶窗为例阐述基于CFD流场模拟和风机特性曲线的βα数值计算方法,进而给出了主要安装平台类型的βα的定量结果。

Abstract: The ventilation condition of outdoor unit installation platforms directly affects actual performance of room air conditioners. Through the investigation of residential buildings, the types and proportions of installation platforms are clarified. Based on common characteristics of platforms, the feature sizes that characterize the geometric structure of platforms are defined. This paper points out that air volume reduction and exhaust air recirculation caused by installation platforms are two fundamental reasons that affect the performance of air conditioners. It is proposed to use the air volume reduction coefficient β and the exhaust air recirculation coefficientα to quantitatively describe the influence of platforms on outdoor units' air intake parameters. A louver installation platform is used as an example to illustrate the method of calculating values of β and α by using CFD simulation and fan characteristic curves, through which values of β and α for main installation platforms can be obtained.
