摘要: 油烟机振动不仅影响产品的结构噪声,同时影响产品的可靠性,异常的抖动更会给用户留下不安全的印象。某欧式吸油烟机批产后出现严重的抖动问题,其振动超过标准所规定150 um振幅,集烟腔可以看见明显的抖动,严重影响产品的质量。针对油烟机出现的抖动问题,首先进行油烟机模态分析,确定影响抖动的主要结构,然后基于模态振型进行结构优化,通过振动频率响应分析,量化各优化方案的减振效果,最后进行试验验证,成功解决油烟机抖动问题。

Abstract: Vibration could not only induce structural noise, but only determine the reliability of products. Particularly, abnormal vibration would influent UE. There is one T-shape range hood which is with serious vibration problem. The vibration of it is more than 150 micrometer which cannot meet the quality standard. This purpose of this research is to solve the vibration problem of this range hood by the method of modal analysis. Modal analysis can figure out the range hood parts which cause the abnormal vibration. Optimization would be done due to the Modal shapes and methods of solutions would be made. Verification of the final solutions will be implemented by combination of vibration frequency analysis and vibration tests.
