基于工作变形的轴流风叶异常噪声研究

Research on abnormal noise for axial fan based on ODS

摘要: 基于质量反馈某商用机组轴流风机系统高转速下异常“嗡嗡声”,内部进行了测试分析,初步确定了风机系统异常噪声频率特性;结合实验和仿真分析手段,分析了风叶工作变形结构特性与风机系统腔体流场特性,确定了诱发异常噪声的主要原因,并明确了其流场改善着手点;结合上述流场改善点,从流场腔体与叶尖之间的干涉与风叶工作变形角度进行了CFD仿真分析,给出了相应流体噪声改善方案;根据改善方案,样件制作,完成了相关实验验证,风机系统“嗡嗡声”得到显著改善。

Abstract: For the axial fan and motor system of the commercial unit under high speed, abnormal noise were tested and analyzed, the frequency characteristics of the abnormal noise were initially determined; combined with the experimental and simulation analysis method, the structure and the flow field characteristics of the axial fan were analyzed, the main reason of the abnormal noise and it related improvement points were determined; based on these improved points of the flow field, we have completed the related CFD analysis and given the corresponding flow noise improvement methods, which is viewed from the ODS of the axial fan and the interference between the cavity of the flow field and the tip; according to the improved schemes, the improved axial fan and the related experimental verification were completed, the abnormal noise has been significantly improved.
