冰箱管翅式蒸发器应用研究

摘要: 现阶段风冷冰箱采用的蒸发器主要是以管翅式为主,除了现有的斜排、直排管翅式蒸发器外,近年来还衍生出斜胀、小管径、螺旋管等新型管翅式蒸发器,通过从工艺、成本、性能(单体仿真、单体换热量测试和整机测试)、使用可靠性方面系统的进行对比,分析各个类型管翅式蒸发器的特点和优劣,为后续冰箱管翅式蒸发器的应用提供建议。

Abstract: At present, the evaporator used in the air-cooled refrigerator is mainly tube-fin type, in addition to the existing oblique row, inline tube-fin evaporator, in recent years, new tube-fin evaporators have been developed, dilatation, small tube diameter, spiral tube, etc. Analyze the characteristics and advantages of various types of fin-and-tube evaporators through systematic comparison in terms of process, cost, performance (monomer simulation, monomer heat exchange test and whole machine test single unit) and reliability, so as to provide suggestions for the subsequent application of fin-and-tube evaporators in refrigerators.
