摘要: 以菠菜和草莓为研究对象,探究高压静电场对储藏在冰箱当中的果蔬保鲜效果的影响。测试结果表明:冰箱的高压静电场环境对菠菜和草莓储藏过程中的保鲜品质具有积极的作用,高压静电场处理可有效降低菠菜和草莓的质量损失,抑制维生素C和叶绿素的降解,延缓可溶性固形物的消耗,从而提高果蔬储藏品质。

Abstract: With spinach and strawberries as research objects, the effect of high voltage electrostatic filed on the preservation of fruit and vegetable stored in refrigerator was investigated. The results illustrate that high voltage electrostatic filed environment of refrigerator has a positive effect on the fresh-keeping quality of spinach and strawberries during storage. The high-voltage electrostatic field treatment can effectively reduce the quality loss of spinach and strawberries, inhibit the degradation of vitamin C and chlorophyll, and delay the consumption of soluble solid form, thereby improving the storage quality of fruit and vegetable.
