Study on the effects of the surface roughness of the wing-type radiator on the interface thermal resistance

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large surface roughness brought by the secondary processing of the fins of the fins, use ANSYS software to establish a radiator-heat dissipation cream-power device micro-thermal conductivity model, analyze the heat transfer law, and use the roughness of the radiator to heat the heat dissipation. The impact of performance is studied to determine the appropriate surface roughness of the radiator to guide the processing and production of the wing-type radiator. According to the actual processing situation, the surface roughness Ra 3.2 μm and 6.3 μm were compared with the temperature rise of the machine. In the same case of the same working condition, the heat dissipation effect was not much different.
